To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Deposits & Booking A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduling is done within the allowed timeframe. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking future appointments. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged a 20% no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed depending on the service. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client, but the full service price will still apply. Arrivals beyond the grace period may be considered a no-show. Card on File Requirement A valid card on file is required to book and secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to these policies and authorize charges if they apply.
